Unfortunately, out of consideration for people with allergies, we cannot allow pets.
We accept cash payment on arrival after viewing the room, advance transfer with invoice e.g. by e-mail to our bank account,
and payment via PayPal. Card payment by EC or credit card is not possible.

Individual apartments are barrier-free accessible, also with a wheelchair, but the bathrooms are not accessible step-free.
All our rooms are non-smoking rooms, smoking is strictly forbidden there. On individual floors there are designated lounges where smoking is allowed.
